How can I make my Apple TV forget a WiFi network?

I've installed a new Airport Extreme, using my old network name, but a fresh password. When attempting to get my AppleTV (3rd Gen) onto the new network, it's refusing to join. I'm entering the correct (new) password, but no luck. Anyone seen this before.
